By accessing or using the Regain stress platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

Regain stress provides network stress testing tools designed for legitimate security testing and infrastructure resilience evaluation. Our platform offers Layer 4 and Layer 7 testing methods through a web-based panel and REST API.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may only test servers and network infrastructure that they:

• Own and operate directly
• Have explicit written authorization to test
• Have been contracted to perform security assessments on

Any unauthorized testing of third-party servers or infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attacking third-party infrastructure without authorization
• Targeting government or military systems (.gov, .mil domains)
• Targeting critical infrastructure (power grids, water systems, etc.)
• Targeting hospitals, emergency services, or healthcare systems
• Targeting ddoscational institutions without authorization
• Using the service for any illegal purposes
• Reselling access to your account

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share your account with others. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment & Refunds

All payments for premium plans are final. No refunds will be issued for services that have been activated or partially used. If you experience technical issues preventing use of paid features, contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime for our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time. Schddosled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Regain stress and its operators are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Users assume all responsibility for the consequences of their testing activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice or refund. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to: unauthorized testing, abuse of the platform, fraudulent payment activity, or any violation of applicable laws.
